Here's the URL for the Windows 95 program I use to keep my PC clock on the money. It works extremely well and has the ability to access numerous clock sources from all over which allows the user to get their clock extremely accurate because they can pick a time hack geographically close to them and minimize the loss of accuracy caused by the inherent delay on the return data.

[On John's recommendation,
I have been using this program for a month or so and like it. For some
reason, however, it consistently sets my clock about half a second fast.
