NCDXF Scholarship Fund
Don Doughty, W6EEN, is a long-time friend and supporter of the NCDXF. In May 1997, Don donated $20,000 to the NCDXF to create a Scholarship Fund. Interest from the principal provides a $1000.00 yearly scholarship for a collegiate amateur operator. The first of these was awarded in 1998.
Contributors, please note: The Scholarship Fund is funded only by donations directed specifically to this fund. Unless you have so designated the Scholarship Fund, your donation will go into NCDXF’s General Fund to support DXpeditions and other DX-related projects.
